Tift moves softball games

TIFTON — Tift County softball announced Tuesday afternoon that a pair of games were changing locations.

Tuesday’s junior varsity contest with Lee County will be at Leesburg. Wednesday’s varsity game against Colquitt County moves to Moultrie with a 5:30 p.m. start.

A Twitter post cites “unplayable field conditions.” Tift has been rained out often this year, including last Thursday’s doubleheader against Thomas County Central. The Lady Devils are scheduled to play another Region 1-6A double dip Thursday at Northside of Warner Robins.
