A Place to Pamper Pups: The Pawlished Pooch opens in Tifton

TIFTON — Pet owners of Tifton have a new place where they can pamper their pooches.
The staff of The Pawlished Pooch Grooming Spa celebrated their opening with the support of the Tifton-Tift County Chamber of Commerce Dec. 6.
The pet salon, which offers bathing, teeth cleaning, deshedding, and other pamperings for dogs of all breed by appointments, has been open for around two months, taking the time this past Wednesday to commemorate both the opening and their joining of the chamber.
Patrons of the celebration were invited to join owner Addie Veazey, her family and friends, and a couple of her canine clients making a guest appearance, for a ribbon cutting and refreshments.
Veazey is eager to get to work in Tifton, tending to the dogs of the city to make them as “pawlished” of pooches as the salon taking care of them.
The Pawlished Pooch is located at 810 Tift Avenue N, across from Fulwood Park, and is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, contact (229)402-1172.
