WARNER ROBINS — Tift County’s Lady Devils soccer team won their third Region 1-6A game Tuesday, blowing out Northside of Warner Robins, 10-0 on the road. The Blue Devils, unfortunately, fell in a close battle, 4-3.

Tift is off with spring break until April 2. A scheduled Friday region match with Houston County was postponed until April 6 because of field conditions. Houston will be the last match of the region schedule.

Abby Goddard not only had a hat trick, but four goals for Tift. Jordyn Shivers and Laura Bautista each scored twice and it was one goal apiece for Bailey Vice and Kyle Garretson.

Yareli Espinoza assisted on five Lady Devils goals. Vice and Osiris Cordova each had two assists, with Sigrid Martinez on the other. For the boys, Jordan Lopez scored twice and Brock Harden netted the other goal, said head coach Bobby Earls.
