TIFTON — Jake’s Hands is presenting a Juneteenth Festival in Tifton June 15 at Fulwood Park. Events begin at 10 a.m. and will go to 10 p.m.

The festival will have entertainment, including music and speakers. Food trucks will be on site and, according to the Jake’s Hands Facebook page, there will be a BBQ cook-off as well.

Entertainment includes bands, dancers and a DJ.

A schedule posted has the celebration begin with an opening prayer. There will a scholarship presentation later that morning.

There will be activities for kids, including face painting and glitter.
