TIFTON — Run For Love is returning for its 35th year of helping Tift County cross country teams.

This year’s meet is set for Aug. 3, as usual at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. Run For Love consists of a 5K and a one-mile fun run, with the former starting at 8 a.m. The fun run will be at 9 a.m.

Registration is $30 for the 5K and $15 for the fun run, or $40 for both. Family 5K registration is $75.

Those planning to participate can do so online at active.com, or sign up at 7 a.m. on the day of the event.

Emily Golden and Blair Golden were the top male and female 5K runners in 2023. It was the second consecutive win for Emily and the second in three years for Blair.
