TIFTON — The musical stylings of country and the King will make their way to the Tift Theatre this weekend.

Tifton residents are invited to visit the theatre Saturday evening for the premiere showing of Elvis tribute artist Jordan Poole’s “From King to Country,” a multigenre concert discussing the artist’s career and influences.

Born and raised in Sylvester just a stone’s throw away from the Friendly City, Poole has been performing since he was 16 and has made quite a name for himself through his musical prowess since, having been given the Rising Country Music Star Award by the Georgia Country Music Hall of Fame in 2022 and ranking third in a worldwide Elvis Tribute Artist Contest held in Memphis in 2023.

This upcoming concert will explore his past musical career and the artists and songs that inspired him, like Elvis Presley and the pure classics of country music, as well as serve as an introduction to Poole’s original work.
