CARROLLTON — Tift County completed its cross country season Saturday with the state finals in Carrollton.

Russ Benton and Owen Davies were the first two across the finish line for the Blue Devils in a competition that saw 162 of the 169 runners have times under 20 minutes.

Benton was 66th overall and Davies was 68th with times of 17:52.1 and 17:52.13, respectively.

Anthony Falotico (19:12), Joshua Hellman (19:18), Jaxson Hughes (19:20), Henry Anderson (19:34.37) and Oscar Martinez (19.34.62) represented the team as well.
