TIFTON – Mediacom Communications recognized two local employees based out of the Tifton Mediacom office, who achieved the company’s top performance rankings for outstanding customer service over the past year.

Last month, an award ceremony was held with corporate executives, where the Tifton-based individuals were recognized for their high performance in 2024.

David Neel has been a Mediacom employee for 11 years and was recognized with the Employees Choice Award for exceptional customer service.

Andrew Herin was awarded the People’s Choice Award for outstanding customer service performance and has been employed by Mediacom for two years.

Companywide, Mediacom employs over 3,500 people, and the award recipients were among 196 employees recognized for performance achievements over the past year. Award recipients receive a monetary bonus and other employee recognition.
