Tift County’s Jimmya Cushion is honored a center court Saturday after a third quarter free throw gave her 1,000 career points. Cushion entered the season at 992, but missed several games because of injury. Cushion scored 144 as a freshman, 407 as a sophomore and 441 as a junior. After Saturday’s game, Cushon’s career total is 1,003.
