Tift County Recreation Department’s 10U Class B football state champions were honored Saturday night during Tift County High’s Christmas basketball games. Led by coaches Antonio McClou, Norman Johnson and Deshawn Dean, the team defeated Carrollton, 21-12, for the title Dec. 14 in Carrollton. Tift had won the south regional with wins over Effingham County and Camden County.
