ATLANTA — Tift County swimmers are in finals again in Atlanta.  All three girls relays and three individuals made it through Friday’s preliminaries.

Anna Lupo, Brianna Domagala, Brynna Burke and Kendall Sasser will be in the 200 medley relay. Mary Frances Dove, Sasser, Domagala and Jovia Burke are set for the 200 freestyle relay and Dove, Lupo, Brynna Burke and Jovia Burke are in the 400 freestyle relay.

The 200 freestyle team placed ninth in the preliminary and the 400 squad was 10th. The 200 medley crew made the finals after an 18th-place finish.

Jovia Burke is to compete in the 50 freestyle after finishing 17th in preliminaries. Lupo will be in the 100 butterfly, Brynna Burke in the 500 freestyle.

Lupo had the best individual finish of any Swim Devil individual, earning 11th in a time of 1:00.64. Brynna Burke barely squeezed in at 20th in the 500.

Competition is at Georgia Tech.
