MAKING SPIRITS BRIGHT: Having only opened their doors earlier this year, 3rd and Main is one of the newer establishments to set up shop along Downtown Tifton’s Main Street. However, it certainly seems like they’ve found their place in the Friendly City, and are eager to celebrate the holiday season with the rest of the community.

TIFTON — The Keep Tift Beautiful board has named their winners of the Beauty Spots for the month of December.

Downtown Tifton’s newest antique store, 3rd and Main, has been named Business Spot of the Month, while the home of the Hill family, located at 26 Springhill drive, was declared the Beauty Spot of the Month.

The proprietors of both locations were certainly full of holiday spirit, as both business and home were dressed up in their seasonal best, complete with lights, wreathes, and Christmas cheer.

With its modest, but elegant decorations, the Hill family home evoked the image of a refined holiday celebration, while the owners of 3rd and Main took advantage of their ample window space to decorate the street corner in lights and entice many a window shopper filled with the spirit of the season.
