Crime briefs
– A woman who lives in the 3100 block of Hillcrest Avenue reported Monday that someone stabbed her boyfriend. The report states that the victim was lying on the floor with two puncture wounds. He was transported to Tift Regional Medical Center’s emergency room.
– Officer Jacob Johnson reported July 25 that he was sent to the 2400 block of North Park Avenue in reference to a theft. A man reported that he saw a black male in a red shirt and black pants walk into the open garage on someone’s property and take a bicycle and then quickly fled the area. Law enforcement covered the area in search of the subject. Dispatch received multiple calls about the offender running through the area from law enforcement. With help from many of the local residents, the subject was located hiding in the area of the 2600 block of Emmett Avenue. The report states that 17-year-old Quintas Taszir Ryan was arrested and then transported to the Tift County Jail. The stolen bicycle was recovered in the 200 block of West 24th Street and was returned to the victim. The report states that Ryan was charged with first degree burglary and obstruction of officer.
– A deputy reported July 23 that he was sent to the 4100 block of Martin Avenue in reference to a burglary.
– A deputy reported July 22 that he was sent to the 1900 block of South Park Avenue in reference to a burglary.
– A woman who lives in the 100 block of East 13th Street reported July 20 that her vehicle was damaged. The report states that it appeared that the rear driver door was possibly pried open, which caused the door to jam and not open anymore.
– A woman reported July 21 that she left her vehicle unlocked and parked in the driveway in the 1200 block of Wilson Avenue. Someone entered the car and took her purse. Another victim reported that someone entered his vehicle as well. He reported that he left his vehicle unlocked, but nothing was stolen.
– A woman who lives in the 600 block of North Ridge Avenue reported July 20 that someone broke the passenger side window out of her vehicle and stole her purse.

Teresa Ann Aultman, 50, 4 Evie Circle, was charged Tuesday with knowingly driving a motor vehicle on suspension and speeding.
Rebecca Michele Cross, 40, 1433 N. Central Ave., Apt. 4, was charged Wednesday with DUI, an open container violation and missing or inoperative tail/tag lights.
Orlando Emmauel Fudge, 22, 708 S. Ridge Ave., was charged Thursday with unwanted person on the premises of another.
Shakevia Monquse Fudge, 22, 705 S. Park Ave., Apt. B, was charged Thursday with unwanted person on the premises of another.
Sage Marie Handcock, 24, 584 Windy Hill Road, was charged Thursday with public drunkenness and unwanted person on the premises of another.
Alexandria Nicole Hodge, 23, 536 E. 16th St., was charged Thursday with unwanted person on the premises of another.
Sergio Jimenez, 19, 211 Sunset Court, Vernon Hills, Illinois, was charged Wednesday with driving without a valid license, failure to maintain lane and too fast for conditions.
Terry Lee, 61, 902 E. 12th St., was charged Tuesday with theft by deception.
John Michael, 30, 205 Carver St., Swainsboro, was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana (less than 1 ounce).
Tunisha Morris, 21, 2119 Saddle Ridge Trail, Ashburn, was charged Tuesday with speeding and driving while license suspended or revoked.
Jimmy Ray Nichols, 58, 311 Second St., Apt. 202, was charged Wednesday with driving while license suspended or revoked and missing or defective headlights.

Quincy Lamar Bailey, 31, 405 W. Pope St., Sylvester, was charged Wednesday with failure to appear.
Stanley Dwayne Bell, 46, 500 MLK Jr. Drive, was charged Thursday with a probation violation.
Bobby Gene Gordon, 47, 3107 Youmans St., was charged Wednesday with failure to appear.
Jacqueline Renee Jenkins, 30, 1817 Moore Highway, Apt. C, was charged Tuesday with failure to appear.
Terry Michael Pilkinton, 37, 18 Smith St., Enigma, was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana (less than 1 ounce), possession of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute.
Derick Renard Ross, 25, 1433 Shanna Drive, was charged Thursday with a probation violation, willful obstruction of law enforcement officers, one-way roadways and rotary traffic islands and expiration and renewal licenses (re-examination required).
Justin Daniel Swain, 27, 720 Timmons Drive, Apt. 51, was charged Wednesday with a probation violation.
Stephen Paul Wood Jr., 33, 185 Lee Ball Road, was charged Wednesday with fourth degree forgery.
