Police Report – February 14

• A woman who lives in the 400 block of West 17th Street reported Wednesday that when she left home and returned hours later, she found her bedroom window located on the rear of the residence had been broken. Entry was made into the home. Gold jewelry and a 38 special pistol were taken from her bedroom. Also, a 42-inch Sanyo television was taken from another bedroom, and $300 worth of change was taken from two different jars. The back door was found unlocked, appearing that the offender exited there.

• A deputy reported Wednesday that he was sent to the 1400 block of Ferry Lake Road in reference to a vehicle being stuck in a ditch. Upon arrival, he saw a male subject standing next to the vehicle in the ditch. The deputy conducted an investigation and determined that the male was driving under the influence of alcohol. The offender was transported to the Tift County Jail. The report states that Vincent Rey Trevino, 19, of Tifton was charged with DUI/alcohol, failure to maintain lane, driving with an expired license and an open container violation.

Christopher Kendell Coffee, 18, 101 Pine Lane, Ocilla, was charged Feb. 7 with DUI/drugs, underage possession of alcohol and failure to maintain lane.

Napoleon Sherod Cooper, 17, 1220 Sussex Drive, F-41, was charged Feb. 6 with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Cody Richardson Davis, 23, 2605 Love Ave., Apt. N-2, was charged Feb. 6 with rape, false imprisonment and aggravated sodomy.

Diane Chambliss Deal, 63, 125 Highway 319 N., was charged Wednesday with theft by shoplifting.

Jermaine Jarrco Dixon, 19, 2105 S. Park Ave., was charged Feb. 6 with misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Bobby Ray Fisher, 45, 326 Beech St., was charged Tuesday with loitering or prowling.

Robert Franklin Fountain, 45, was charged Feb. 7 with criminal attempt, three counts of burglary in the second degree and burglary in the first degree.

Marcus Deangelo Hannah, 19, 514 N. Lincoln St., Ocilla, was charged Feb. 7 with underage possession of alcohol and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

James Richard Hill Jr., 33, 142 New St., Omega, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and unwanted person on the premises of another.

Quincy Jermanie Holley, 40, 112 Devin St., Sylvester, was charged Feb. 6 with a probation violation.

Elia Hernandez Jimenez, 34, 3 Sandra Drive, was charged Tuesday with theft by shoplifting.

Haley Shephard Johnson, 57, 309 Elm St., was charged Monday with simple battery (family violence).

Lashannon Deloise Jones, 28, 313 Old Omega Road, Lot 42, was charged Feb. 7 with disorderly conduct.

Kimbra Starr Livingston, 49, 1408 Rutland Road, was charged Feb. 6 with driving with a suspended or revoked license and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

Gustavo De La Cruz Moralez, 41, 3 Sandra Drive, was charged Tuesday with theft by shoplifting.

John Anthony Reyes, 41, 770 Mitchell Store Road, Omega, was charged Tuesday with an expired tag and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Rhakise Devarus Shavers, 20, 118 Moss Lane, Fitzgerald, was charged Feb. 8 with public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and underage possession of alcohol.

Demarkus Alfonzo Singleton, 26, 715 17 1/2 St., was charged Feb. 8 with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

Antonio Lamar Smiley, 35, 13 1/2 St., was charged Feb. 7 with possession of cocaine, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, two counts of obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers without force and loitering or prowling.

Arthur James Smith, 45, 39 Hillside Drive, was charged Monday with simple battery (family violence).

Central Ave., was charged Wednesday with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers without force, two counts of failure to stop at sign, defective equipment, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and a noise violation.

Ali D’Mond Vaughn, 19, 806 Tyson Ave., was charged Feb. 6 with misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Gabriela Georgeann White, 17, 812 E. 40th St., was charged Tuesday with simple battery (family violence).

Keisha Elaine Herrin, 40, 712 College Ave., was charged Monday with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, duty to report accident resulting in injury, death or damage and following too closely.

Charles Anthony Korineck, 39, 203 Greenbriar Circle, Ocilla, was charged Feb. 8 with DUI/alcohol and failure to maintain lane.

Travarious Da’Shan Mike, 18, 1010 Lee Ave., was charged Feb. 8 with DUI/drugs, possession of a firearm, possession and use of drug, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, driving without a license on his person and speeding.
