• A man who lives in the 1200 block of Ferry Lake Road reported Tuesday that a subject known to him had forced entry into the residence and was inside when he arrived. He told police that his girlfriend had a TPO against the subject.
• A woman reported Tuesday that someone took her cousin’s air conditioning unit from his residence in the 3300 block of South Park Avenue. The report states that the unit is estimated at a value of $2,000.
• A woman reported Tuesday that she got a suspicious letter in the mail with a check for $3,875.
• An officer responded to a residence in the 400 block of Lower Brookfield Road Tuesday and upon arrival, he reported that he noticed the back window had been broken. He advised that entry was made into the residence but nothing was taken.
• After recently staying at a local hotel, a man discovered Tuesday that someone opened another credit card in his name and had used the card at the same hotel.

Justin Lee Colding, 24, 323 Watson St., Lot 15, Nashville, was charged Wednesday with DUI, failure to maintain lane, an open container violation and driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Todd R. Curts, 40, 3752 Kahlert Ave., Louisville, Ky., was charged Tuesday with DUI, speeding, driving with a suspended or revoked license, failure to maintain lane, improper lane change, an expired tag, a safety restraint violation and an open container violation.
Ethan Craig Sammons, 21, 1104 16th St. S.E., Moutlrie, was charged Tuesday with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
