Wreck shuts down I-75

VALDOSTA — A wreck involving two semi-trucks has shut down traffic in the south bound lane on Interstate-75 near Exit 29.
Lowndes County Sheriff Ashley Paulk said the accident happened about 11:20 a.m. and will take another hour before more lanes are opened.

One driver was critically injured due to the incident, Paulk said.
Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area if possible. This story will be updated as more information becomes available.
