The Aldi careers website has listed a full-time store manager trainee position for a Tifton location. According to the website, the position is for a location at 1805 W. U.S. Highway 82.

The website states the position is full time and includes the description “As a store manager trainee, you’ll train on all aspects of successfully running a store in preparation for running for your own store. You’ll be involved in supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, identifying staffing needs, managing schedules and developing operational action plans while mentoring and developing the team.”

Hip Hop Fish and Chicken opens

Hip Hop Fish and Chicken, located at 604 Love Ave., has opened. Its hours are listed on Google as 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Sunday.

Its sister location, Hip Hop Seafood and Chicken at 814 W. 2nd St., has also opened. That location’s hours are listed on Google as Sunday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday and Monday-Thursday 10 a.m. to 11 p.m, and Friday 10 a.m. to midnight.
