Keep Tift Beautiful names Beauty Spots for December

Staff of the City of Tifton and members of the Keep Tift Beautiful Board come together to celebrate Fulwood Park being designated as one of December's Beauty Spots of the Month.
TIFTON — The Keep Tift Beautiful Board has announced the winners of December’s Beauty Spot of the Month program.
The front lawn of the Sigmund family, located at 1021 Tift Avenue, and Tifton’s own Fulwood Park were granted the honor of the board’s designation for the month of December.
In addition to a well-kept yard, the Sigmunds have spruced up the facade of their home with plenty of holiday cheer, festive wreaths, twinkling lights, and cheery Christmas decorations welcoming guests to the house and greeting passersby with that seasonal spirit.
Fulwood Park is just as merry and bright, if not more so, with the Downtown Development Authority having recently purchased more than 65 new Christmas decorations and more than 200 string lights to dot and dazzle the park during the winter season.
