In unrelated charges, the estranged husband of Sunday Blombergh, whose body was found Thursday, is currently in jail in Tallahassee, Fla.
Theo Conoly, 30, of Tallahassee, is charged by Tallahassee Police with aggravated domestic violence with a deadly weapon, kidnapping and obstruction of justice, police say.
He is being held in the Leon County Jail and his total bond has been set at $36,000. According to Officer Derrick Friend of the Tallahassee Police Department, charges against Conoly are in no way related to the Sunday Blombergh case.
“It is a seperate domestic violence case with a woman here and an incident involving the two of them,” Friend said on Friday.
Friend said the incident occurred on May 16.
Conoly’s mother, Ruby Evans, is charged with murder in the death of his wife, Sunday Blombergh.
