TIFTON — Through her new business, certified aesthetician Kim Hardy is eager to help local residents stay beautiful, happy, and healthy.

Hardy celebrated the grand opening of Afterglow Aesthetics, a beauty and wellness spa, with the aid of the local chamber of commerce the morning of June 14.

The spa offers a variety of care treatments, including facials and spray tans, as well as more clinical services like botox and IV therapy, courtesy of Hardy’s husband David Hardy, a licensed and certified CRNA.

Throughout the day of the grand opening, Afterglow offered patrons free samples of skincare products and discounts on botox treatments. A drawing was also held for a free salt facial treatment, with Heather Crumley and Aliza Youmons being selected as winners.

Moving ahead, Hardy said she hoped to be able to expand her business to a larger location, adding staff and potentially services in the process, but is still excited to provide for Tiftarea however she can now.

“We’re glad to be here, glad to be a part of Tifton,” Hardy said. “We look forward to serving this community.”
